What are the dates and location of the ERHHG 2025 conference?
The ERHHG 2025 conference will take place on the main campus of the University of Duhok in Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The conference will be held over three days, please check the Conference Program Schedule Page, and will include various sessions, workshops, and exhibitions.
Who is eligible to attend the conference?
The conference is open to a broad audience, including researchers, academics, students, representatives from humanitarian and refugee organizations, human rights advocates, and anyone interested in Ezidi heritage and humanitarian issues. General attendees are welcome to participate in the sessions and exhibitions.
How can I register for the conference?
To register, please use the online registration form on our website. Registration involves providing some basic details and submitting any relevant documentation if you’re eligible for a reduced fee (e.g., students or young researchers). Be sure to complete registration by the stated deadline to secure your spot.

What are the registration fees?
Registration fees are as follows:
For participants from Iraq: 75,000 IQD for a single researcher.
For international participants: $100 for a single researcher.
Additional fee of 50,000 IQD or $50 per co-author. Special reduced fees are available for eligible students and young researchers upon verification.
Can I submit more than one research paper?
Yes, each applicant can submit and present up to two abstracts. However, both must fall within the conference themes and meet all submission guidelines.
Will my paper be published if accepted?
Yes, accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published in both digital and physical formats. In addition, high-quality papers will be considered for submission to international journals indexed by Scopus and/or Clarivate.
What are the guidelines for paper submission?
Research papers must be aligned with the conference themes and written in English. Each submission should include the title, author(s) name(s), institution, country, abstract, and keywords, in both Arabic and English. Please ensure your paper is original and has not been published elsewhere.

Are there any visa support services for international attendees?
The conference organizers do not provide visa assistance services. Upon request, we can provide an acceptance letter for participants with approved abstracts to support their visa application process. However, obtaining a visa is the responsibility of each participant.
What facilities and services are included in the conference registration?
Registration includes:
Access to all conference sessions and exhibitions.
Participation in welcoming and closing ceremonies.
Lunch and coffee breaks in designated areas at the conference centre.
A cultural exhibition showcasing Ezidi music and heritage.
