Organisation Committee

The Organizing Committee oversees the logistical and operational aspects of ERHHG-2025, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. This committee is responsible for venue arrangements, scheduling, registration, accommodation for speakers, and coordination of the conference’s technical and digital infrastructure. Their meticulous planning guarantees that all conference activities run smoothly, and that attendees have access to everything they need for an enriching experience.
Responsibilities include:
Event Planning and Logistics: Managing venues, schedules, and accommodations for participants.
Registration and Communication: Coordinating with participants, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth registration and communication processes.
Technical and Digital Support: Overseeing conference technology, including digital presentations, virtual participation options, and online access.
Hospitality and Catering: Arranging meals, coffee breaks, and welcome receptions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for networking and collaboration.
Scientific Committee
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee is the academic backbone of ERHHG-2025, responsible for the intellectual rigour and scholarly standards of the conference. Composed of distinguished researchers, this committee evaluates all submitted abstracts and papers through a rigorous peer-review process. Their expertise ensures that all presentations meet high academic standards and contribute valuable insights into the study of Ezidi culture, religion, and history.
Responsibilities include:
Abstract and Paper Review: Conducting blind peer reviews of submitted research to ensure quality, relevance, and originality.
Session Planning and Moderation: Designing thematic sessions, assigning moderators, and coordinating with speakers to ensure coherent, engaging presentations.
Research Publication: Overseeing the selection of papers for publication in the conference proceedings and facilitating submissions to indexed journals such as Scopus and Clarivate.
Academic Integrity: Ensuring all research aligns with ethical and scholarly standards, providing valuable contributions to Ezidi studies and broader humanities' scholarship.
