REGISTRATION
Who can participate?
We invite all interested researchers and participants to register for the International Conference on The Ezidis: Religion, Heritage, History, and Geography (ERHHG-2025). Registration allows attendees to engage fully with a diverse community of scholars, practitioners, and advocates dedicated to preserving and studying the rich heritage of the Ezidi people. Follow the instructions below to ensure your successful registration and participation.
Abstract Submission
To submit a research paper, please complete our online abstract submission form. Abstracts should relate directly to the themes of the conference and demonstrate scientific rigour and relevance to Ezidi studies. Abstracts must include the following information, in both Arabic and English:
Title of the Research
Researcher’s Full Name
Institutional Affiliation and Place of Work
Country of Residence
Abstract (300 words max)
Keywords (5 keywords)
Note: Research previously published or accepted in other conferences will not be eligible. All submissions will undergo a thorough scientific peer review, with accepted papers to be published in the conference proceedings.
Participation Fees
Registration fees are required for all presenters, covering conference amenities and publication costs. The fees vary based on location and the number of authors.
Single Researcher within Iraq: 75,000 IQD
Single Researcher outside of Iraq: $100
Multiple Authors: An additional fee of 50,000 IQD (or $50) is required per co-author
Discounted Fees: Students and young researchers are eligible for a reduced fee. Eligibility verification is required before registration, and approved applicants will receive a confirmation email with further registration instructions.
