1. Official Language for Submissions
Abstracts and full papers may be submitted in English, Arabic, or Kurdish. Authors should ensure clarity and professionalism in language usage, as the official conference proceedings and publications will maintain these standards.
2. Review Process
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Conference Scientific Committee. This ensures that accepted papers meet the conference's academic and professional standards. Only papers that pass this thorough review process will be accepted for presentation and publication consideration.
3. Presentation Types
Accepted papers may be presented through:
Oral Presentations: For authors who prefer a formal presentation of their research findings.
Poster Presentations: Suitable for researchers who wish to engage with attendees in a more interactive format.
4. Publication in Indexed Journals
Selected, high-quality papers accepted for the conference will be considered for publication in reputable journals indexed by Scopus. This offers an exceptional opportunity for authors to contribute to the global body of academic literature and reach an international audience.
5. Submission of Original Work Only
The ERHHG 2025 Conference strictly adheres to academic integrity principles. Only original research should be submitted. References: Use of reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote is encouraged to ensure consistency and accuracy in citations, using Harvard Referencing System
9. Ethical Considerations
Authors must adhere to ethical norms and best practices in research and publication. Papers that fail to meet ethical standards, especially in terms of plagiarism, data integrity, and citation practices, will be rejected without review.
